Fiona Paulsen
Managing Director
Fiona is a trained teacher also and the owner of Mana Natural Health. Despite her passion for wellness, she personally struggled to achieve and maintain a healthy body weight.
After trying a variety of healthy approaches with little success and feeling philosophically opposed to dieting, Fiona discovered the research that became the foundation of Miraculoss. It was a life-changing moment. She immediately knew she had found the answer she had been searching for.
Today, Fiona manages and oversees client and coach support at Miraculoss and develops the nutritional education components of the programme. Her mission is to help others experience the same transformation that changed her life.

Julie Buckley
Coach Mentor and Trainer
Julie spent most of her adult life as a classic yo‑yo dieter. Working as a Chef and running her own café meant irregular hours and difficulty establishing healthy habits. After completing three cycles of Miraculoss, she lost 32 kilograms, which was 35% of her body mass, and successfully kept it off.
Julie spent eight years coaching clients before moving into her current role as coach mentor and trainer. She supports the coaching team and develops recipes that are both delicious and nutritious, often featuring organic whole foods. Julie is passionate about showing that healthy eating can be enjoyable and inspiring.

Maureen Collins‑Lucic
Health & Weight Loss Coach
Maureen is a registered nurse with over 30 years of experience in the health sector. Her work in primary health care reinforced how important healthy body weight is to overall wellbeing.
After losing 11 kilograms with Miraculoss, Maureen now helps clients achieve their own weight loss goals. She finds great joy in seeing people regain confidence, reduce health risks, and enjoy life more fully through improved health.

Trish Miles
Health & Weight Loss Coach
Trish’s personal journey with Miraculoss taught her that weight loss is only part of the transformation. The life‑changing habits and skills she acquired along the way became the true reward. Being a self confessed ‘foodie’ and a good cook too, Trish now grows much of her own food and loves creating healthy meals from her home-grown organic produce!
Motivated to help others experience the same benefits, Trish became a coach. She loves supporting clients as they make essential mindset and lifestyle changes that lead to lasting results.

Sue Wilson
Health & Weight Loss Coach
Sue has a lifelong interest in food, and health and wellness, having studied beauty therapy, aromatherapy, Swedish therapeutic massage, and functional nutrition. Sue is also a great cook and an experienced chef.
Despite her knowledge, Sue experienced weight gain during menopause which motivated her to try the Miraculoss programme. The education and daily support impressed her so much that she decided to join the coaching team. She now enjoys guiding clients through their own unique journeys and considers it an honour to witness their transformations. Sue is known for her simple, delicious, healthy food hacks – one of the many things her clients love about her!

Bianca Robinson
Health & Weight Loss Coach
After personally experiencing the benefits of Miraculoss, Bianca also decided to become a coach. Bianca is passionate about the holistic health and wellness of her clients and enjoys helping them achieve positive changes in their diet and lifestyle.
Bianca is qualified in iridology and sclerology and is trained in Nutritional Therapeutics and Kinesiology. Over the years, many Miraculoss clients have been referred to Bianca for nutritional advice, and have benefited greatly from her expertise in nutrient therapy.

Aishu Mohan
Health & Weight Loss Coach
Aishu grew up in Southern India in a family that lived by the philosophy, “Let food be thy medicine.” After moving to Singapore for her Masters degree, the demands of student life led to unhealthy weight gain that she struggled to overcome.
Five years later, Aishu decided to reclaim her health before starting a family. She completed the Miraculoss programme both before and after pregnancy, successfully reaching and maintaining a healthy weight.
Today, she coaches clients with dedication, empathy and encouragement, helping them understand that health is true wealth. Her compassionate nature and attention to detail makes her loved by those fortunate enough to have her as their coach.

Mary Ouwerkerk
Health & Weight Loss Coach
Mary brings 30 years of experience in primary school education, with a focus on special needs. Toward the end of her teaching career, she noticed weight gain was affecting her mental wellbeing, energy levels, and knee health.
After losing 22 kilograms with Miraculoss and learning to maintain a healthy lifestyle, Mary now helps adults transform their health and confidence. She believes that knowledge, opportunity, and the right support create lasting change, and she is passionate about guiding her clients to success.
Mary’s cheerful personality, calm demeanour and compassionate, practical approach is loved and valued by her clients.

Allison Smith
Health & Weight Loss Coach
Alli’s journey with Miraculoss began in 2018 when she was feeling uncomfortable with her weight despite leading an active lifestyle and eating relatively well. After joining the programme with her husband, she lost 8 kilograms and experienced dramatic improvements in sleep, skin, energy, and mental clarity.
Alli has completed several successful rounds of the programme and enjoys sharing her passion for vitality and balance with clients. Living rurally, she grows her own vegetables, enjoys cold water plunges, and follows the 80/20 rule to enjoy food and social life while staying on track. She now helps others achieve the same freedom and confidence.
