Do You Have A Fatty Liver?

Your liver is one of your most important organs. It’s also one of the most amazing (although your whole body is miraculous when you think about it).

Your liver creates essential digestive enzymes to enable proper digestion of food, it also filters your blood and changes fat soluble toxins into water soluble toxins which are then excreted by your kidneys. These two organs are essential for life. You should do everything you can to protect them!

Unfortunately there are many people today with compromised livers. This is mainly due to a diet high in sugar and processed foods, and toxins in our environment.

A high sugar/carb diet leads to the accumulation of excess fat in your liver (known as Fatty Liver Disease).

A Fatty Liver is a sick liver! It can no longer filter your blood as it should, nor can it correctly perform all the thousands of important tasks it’s supposed to do each day.

How do you know if your liver is fatty?

The first clue may be your body weight and shape. If you’re overweight and storing fat in your abdominal area, it’s highly likely that you have begun accumulating excess fat in your liver.

We refer to this type of fat as Abnormal Fat. Abnormal Fat is damaging to your health and is very hard to shift using traditional weight loss methods. Thankfully, Miraculoss can help you reverse this condition!

As Fatty Liver Disease progresses it becomes detectable by blood tests, and can lead to premature death.

Your liver is your only organ that has the ability to fully regenerate, provided it is not too damaged. This should give you a clue as to how important it is!

Losing excess weight is an essential step in healing your liver!

If you’re carrying excess weight in your abdomen, losing just 5 kilos from this area can significantly improve your health.

During the weight loss stage of the Miraculoss Programme you are reducing your Abnormal Fat deposits and eliminating many fat soluble toxins in the process. This results in a much healthier and happier liver. Yay! But traditional weight loss methods do not have the same effect because they deplete healthy fat (not Abnormal Fat) for the first three months of dieting.

Eliminating or minimising foods and beverages that may contribute to liver disease is also essential.

A good place to start is to eliminate (or strictly minimise) coffee, alcohol and sweetened foods and beverages for a few months (or longer). And you should also avoid highly processed and starchy foods.

Please note: Chemicals found in artificial sweeteners are know to accumulate in the liver and may cause long term harm, so please avoid them. You may use liquid stevia or pure monk fruit powder – these are safe alternative to sugar.

What supplements or herbal remedies should I be using?

There are many herbs and supplements that can help detoxify and heal your liver. Some of the common ones include Dandelion Root, Milk Thistle, NAC, Alfa Lipoic Acid and Homeopathic Chelidonium, but there are many others, so it’s best to seek advice from someone who can help you make the right choice for your body.

A cleaner liver means clearer skin, more energy and a longer health span!
