Simply open the packet, add eggs, milk and butter then bake. If you prefer blueberry or date scones simply add them to the plain mix. If it’s cheese scones you love – add grated cheese – or try our dairy free savoury scone mix that’s just as delicious as traditional cheese scones – without the cheese. I promise that you’ll love them.

Don’t have an oven? No problem! You can bake them in an air fryer, or use these mixes to make delicious savoury or sweet crepes, pancakes, pikelets and blini. See the back of the packet for recipes.
To make a raw sugar-free jam simply puree any ripe fruit or berries (frozen is fine) with a teaspoon or two of chia or psyllium or a little glucomannan powder, and allow to thicken to jam consistency. For extra sweetness use a drop or two of stevia or a pinch of pure monk fruit extract.
